MANSWORLD: Father's Day@Lighthouse

Join us Sunday 5th September for our man-packed Father's Day services.
Morning services will feature prawns, ginger beer, and a sausage sizzle.
Also come along at 6:30pm for a special Father's Day Sunday Night Live, hosted by the muscle-destroying Gym Massive!
Bring your Dad and we'll see you there.

Vacancy: Database Co-ordinator (casual)

We are inviting applications for a candidate to take on the role of Database Co-ordinator at Lighthouse Church. The Database Co-ordinator is responsible to ensure the church database is an accurate reflection of church involvement & activity, including individual & family details, grouping, reports & attendance.
The role is one day per week (casual), with potential to become permanent part-time in 3-6 months with the possibly of more hours & responsibilities. It is also possible that the hours could be flexible throughout the week.
The successful applicant will need to be proficient at using computers and operating databases, be able to solve problems, analyse data and retrieve new information from the database. They will also need to be a personable and bubbly person, who connects well with a broad range of people.
All roles within Lighthouse church are held by people who have a servant heart, a spirit of excellence and a capacity to work in a team and also individually. They are committed Christians, who agree to live by the statement of faith of Lighthouse Church, and also attend two Lighthouse Church Sunday services each week, as well as prayer and leadership meetings as directed by the Senior Pastor.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience using databases
- Meticulous
- A demonstrated ability to connect well with people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- An ability to work with other departments in the church.
- A committed Christian who believes in the importance of the local church.
Desirable
- Previous experience working within a church or volunteer organisation.
